Most of our courses are currently held at Ytre Sogn, Norway, but please check for any variations to this. Once you have applied and paid for your course, you will be sent details of how to get here, what to bring, etc.
Accommodation and all meals are included in the course fee, unless otherwise advised. If you have particular dietary requirements, it is essential we know this in good time.

After booking, you will be asked for a deposit to reserve your place. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed, or unless the work is cancelled by the school.
Once full fees are paid, usually around 4 to 6 weeks before start dates, they are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances or the course or workshop is cancelled by the school.
After you have booked, we will send a request for deposit or payment by email.
If you have travel costs, please buy travel insurance as these cannot be refunded even if courses are cancelled by the school.
