Work will be carried out only after clear consent by the client or a proper representative.
Fees will be made clear before any work begins and there will be no hidden charges.
Work will not be carried out for persons under the age of 16 years, nor persons considered to be vulnerable, unless there is consent from their legal guardian and unless that guardian is present for the work.
All persons will be treated with respect regardless of any of their characteristics.
Confidentiality will be upheld at all times unless there is good cause to share information due to dangerous situations.
Promotion of client sovereignty will be made.
Every effort will be made to clients to explain procedures before or during sessions and to answer reasonable questions from clients.
No medical diagnoses, nor medical treatments, are offered at any time.
