Our courses are designed with intentions to provide intense, deep level work, please apply only if you feel committed to this. We do not have a pay-and-turn-up policy.
Most of our courses are currently held at Ytre Sogn, Norway, but please check for any variations to this. Once you have applied and paid for your course, you will be sent details of how to get here, what to bring, etc.
Accommodation and all meals are included in the course fee, unless otherwise advised. If you have particular dietary requirements, it is essential we know this in good time.
Depending on the work applied for, we may ask you, by email, to provide more details.
If you accepted onto a course, you will be asked for a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed, or unless the work is cancelled by the school.
It has become a necessary policy to issue a strict deadline for balance of payment to be paid and you will be informed of that date in good time before the start date. If balance of payment is not made by the deadline given, we reserve the right to refuse your participation in the course and you may lose your deposit. Payments are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances or the course or workshop is cancelled by the school. We are a small school and take limited numbers and so it necessary for us to be tight on payment deadlines, for a number of reasons.
If you have travel costs, please buy travel insurance as these cannot be refunded even if courses are cancelled by the school.
