You should have been given their name and email address, if you have not received these then you need to let me know and I will send them to you. I encourage email correspondence, but once you connect with your supervisor, you can organize any other methods of contact that suit you both.
You will need to inform us of what you can and cannot eat and we will try to fit in with your needs. There may be some items we find difficult to provide, but this will be made clear before you arrive, as long as we have all the information we need.
Sometimes lateness cannot be prevented. If you know in advance you will be late, do email or send a note on the ‘contact’ page of this site so that we know when to expect you. On joining instructions for courses, you will have been given a telephone number and you can use this to inform us of any delays that come up on the day of your arrival.
If you let us know in advance, we may be able to offer bed and breakfast for one extra night after the course.
